Creamy Crockpot Chicken Stuffing and Green Beans

Every week I search Pintrest for different recipes.  They have a tun of blah blah blah and you have to scroll to the bottom to get the whole point of what you came here for.  I love the ideas but tend to change them to whatever I want for the week.  This inspired me to just post random recipes I make each week.

A little about me,  I'm a single female who works 6 full days a week.  I don't have time to cook during the week.  I also don't want to eat food that has horrible things in it.  That being said, I make these massive meals on Sunday and eat them for lunch and dinner all week long.  Sometimes I freeze the meal to eat when I just don't want to eat the same thing all the time.  To each their own.  I also use all organic natural whole foods.  Nothing with corn or corn byproducts in it.

This weeks meal is Creamy Crockpot Chicken Stuffing and Green Beans.

Ingredient:

4 packages of chicken breasts (2 in a pack)
1 package of stuffing
1 can or box of cream of mushroom soup
1 can or box of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of sour cream
10 oz bag of frozen green beans
1 large container of mushrooms
Garlic
Salt
Pepper

Instructions:

Take some salt, pepper, and garlic (easy on the salt, I don't measure spices I just dump stuff in and hope for the best), and rub it all over the chicken.  Get your crockpot out.  Put the chicken on the bottom of it.

Layer the stuffing on top of the chicken.

Layer the mushrooms on top of the stuffing.

Combine the soups and sour cream, and whatever you want for spices.  I added dill, thyme, more garlic, white pepper, and oregano.  Not in that order but you can see about how much I used here.

Once thats mixed add that on top of the mushrooms.

Then add the frozen green beans on top of that.

Cook on high for 4:30 hours or low for 9 hours.

This is what you end up with.

I don't typically cook chicken because if everything tastes like it then why waste your time?  Also my iron is low and I was told I can have all the red meat and fish I want.  But every now and then I make something amazing with it.
